US Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comment on Deepwater Port License Policy

The US Maritime Administration is inviting public feedback on its proposed policy for evaluating license applications for offshore deepwater ports used for exporting oil and natural gas from the US to foreign markets, and plans to utilize existing regulations (33 CFR Parts 148, 149, and 150) for this purpose.
