EPA Approves Virginia's Delegation of Authority for Hazardous Air Pollutants and New Source Performance Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the Commonwealth of Virginia has the authority to implement and enforce updated National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), as announced on July 29, 2014, and made available through a public notice.
