EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Consumer Products

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California Air Resources Board Portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
