EPA Finalizes Revisions to Nevada Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of revisions to the Clark County Department of Air Quality portion of the Nevada State Implementation Plan, which includes seven Clark County permitting related rules submitted by Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. This action corrects program deficiencies identified in previous EPA rulemaking and makes the rules federally enforceable.
