EPA Proposes Approval of Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan Redesignation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Pennsylvania's request to redesignate three nonattainment areas to attainment for the 1997 annual and 2006 24-hour fine particulate matter standard, contingent on the lifting of a court stay on the Cross State Air Pollution Rule.
