OPM Modifies Eligibility for FEHB Program for Temporary, Seasonal, and Intermittent Employees

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to expand health benefits eligibility to certain temporary, seasonal, and intermittent federal employees, allowing them to enroll in the FEHB Program by January 2015, following a proposed rule published in July 2014.
