HUD to Delete, Modify, and Create New System of Records for Enforcement Management

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is proposing to delete three legacy systems and create a new system, the HUD Enforcement Management System (HEMS), to streamline and automate enforcement processes, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130.
