PBGC Requests Public Comment on Annual Reporting Collection of Information for OMB Review

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to extend approval of its Annual Reporting collection of information for the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, with modifications, until June 30, 2023, and will submit a proposed submission of information collection for OMB review.
