EPA Proposes Approval of Iowa's State Implementation Plan Revision for Linn County Air Quality Ordinance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Iowa to enhance the stringency of the Linn County Air Quality Ordinance, which includes updates from 2008 to 2013. The EPA is also approving Iowa's request to revise the Linn County Air Quality Ordinance, Chapter 10, as part of the SIP revision.
