EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Disapproval of California's Air Quality State Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove several State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of California, which are intended to address the implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of national ambient air quality standards for ozone, fine particulate matter, lead, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide.
