NASA to Grant Exclusive License for Nonsurvivable Momentum Exchange System

NASA is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice a patented invention, with the license to be awarded to Millennium Space Systems, a California-based company, in accordance with US patent laws.
