HUD Extends Public Comment Period for Recordkeeping Requirements Under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking an additional 30 days of public comment on proposed recordkeeping requirements under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, as part of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
