U.S. Department of Transportation Awards $100 Million in Grants for Bus Ladders of Opportunity Initiative

The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration has selected projects to receive $100 million in funding for bus-related capital projects, as authorized by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) and prior authorizations for the Bus and Bus Facilities Program, also known as the Ladders of Opportunity Initiative.
