U.S. Navy Missile Launch Operations from San Nicolas Island Get New Marine Mammal Regulations

The U.S. Navy has updated its regulations for taking marine mammals incidental to missile launch operations at San Nicolas Island, California, following a revised monitoring plan and a new Letter of Authorization from the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS).
