EPA Proposes Approval of California State Implementation Plan Revision for Ventura County Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by California for the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District, which outlines the district's demonstration of Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
