Withdrawal of Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has withdrawn its notice to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Sacramento River Deep Water Channel (SRDWSC) improvements, citing improved economic demand, effective immediately.
