Federal Agency Proposes Changes to Chronic Condition Data Repository System

The U.S. government is proposing to modify a system that collects data on chronic conditions, expanding its scope to include Medicare and Medicaid claims, nursing home assessments, and other beneficiary data, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
