Notice of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for SURTASS LFA Sonar Released by U.S. Department of the Navy

The U.S. Department of the Navy has released a draft environmental impact statement for the SURTASS LFA sonar system, which analyzes the potential impact on five bottlenose dolphin stocks in the Hawaiian Islands, following the National Environmental Policy Act and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
