FAA Confirms Effective Date for Helicopter Air Ambulance Rule

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has confirmed the effective date of a rule change allowing helicopter air ambulance pilots to fly under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) when weather conditions are not available, increasing flight safety.
