EPA Approves Maine's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved four State Implementation Plan revisions submitted by the State of Maine, which establish Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for two categories of volatile organic compound (VOC) sources and revise two existing VOC RACT regulations, in line with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
