DoD Issues Final Rule to Update DFARS Clauses for Special Contracting Methods and Automated Contract Writing Systems

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to revise and update clauses in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to facilitate the use of automated contract writing systems, making it easier for contractors to access alternate clauses and their full text.
