U.S. Marine Corps Receives Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Protection Act Activities

The U.S. Marine Corps has been granted permission to take marine mammals during military training exercises at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in North Carolina, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004.
