HHS Announces Decision on Adding Employees to Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has made a determination regarding a petition to include employees from the Simonds Saw and Steel Company in New York to the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (EEOICPA).
