OSD Exempts Records from Privacy Act Provisions

The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) has exempted records from the Privacy Act of 1974, specifically those related to personnel security, from certain provisions of the U.S. Code. These exemptions apply to records received from other systems of records during continuous evaluation checks.
