US EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for EXPLO Systems, Inc. Superfund Site in Louisiana

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement with EXPLO Systems, Inc. for a Superfund site located on Camp Minden in Webster Parish, Louisiana, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The proposed settlement includes removal actions, cost recovery, and payment of response costs.
