EPA Authorizes Student Services Contractors Access to Confidential Business Information Under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is continuing to grant access to confidential business information submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to several student services contractors, with the original authorization notice published in the Federal Register on May 18, 2012.
