EPA Grants Tolerance Exemption for Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry's Pesticide Ingredient

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a tolerance exemption to Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry, LLC for its pesticide ingredient, eliminating the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues on food or feed commodities.
