Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Requirements

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking public input on its plan to collect information from the public, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency review.
