EPA Proposes Extension of Laboratory Use Exemption for Ozone-Depleting Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to extend the exemption for the production and import of class I ozone-depleting substances in the US for laboratory and analytical purposes until December 31, 2021, in anticipation of upcoming actions by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
