Wisconsin & Southern Railroad, L.L.C. Acquires and Operates Rail Line from Union Pacific Railroad Company

The Surface Transportation Board granted Wisconsin & Southern Railroad, L.L.C. an exemption to acquire and operate a 69.62-mile rail line in Wisconsin from Union Pacific Railroad Company, allowing the rail carrier to continue operating the line without prior approval. The exemption is subject to standard labor protective conditions.
