EPA Proposes Extension of NPDES General Permits for Sewage Sludge Disposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the expiration date of general permits for facilities treating sewage sludge through land application, landfill, and surface disposal in several western states and Indian country until January 15, 2015.
