The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Science Advisory Board (SAB) will hold a public meeting in Chicago, Illinois, to discuss the development of preliminary bi-national phosphorous objectives, loading targets, and allocations for Lake Erie's nearshore and offshore waters.
