EPA Proposes Approval of Mississippi's 2008 Lead NAAQS Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve part of Mississippi's 2011 State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 Lead national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), which are part of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The plan addresses the required infrastructure elements for implementing, enforcing, and maintaining the 2008 Lead NAAQS in Mississippi.
