EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina's Implementation Plan Updates for Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the State of North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the North Carolina Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program, which update the program and repeal a federally-approved rule.
