EPA Approves North Carolina's Implementation Plan for I/M Program Updates

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to North Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the North Carolina Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program, which were submitted by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NC DENR) on January 31, 2008, May 24, 2010, October 11, 2013, and February 11, 2014. These updates will repeal one rule and modify the program.
