EPA Approves Washington State's Regional Haze Plan, Corrects Error

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to implement a regional haze plan for the State of Washington, addressing an error in the original plan that omitted a critical conversion factor for sulfur dioxide emissions from Alcoa Inc.'s Wenatchee Works.
