EPA Takes Final Action on State Implementation Plans for 2010 NO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has found that the District of Columbia and seven states have not submitted complete infrastructure State Implementation Plans (SIPs) necessary to implement the 2010 nitrogen dioxide (NO2) primary national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS), with 43 states having made complete submissions.
