FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on SC&RA's Exemption Request for Hours of Service

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on an application from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) for an exemption from the 30-minute rest break provision of the Agency's hours-of-service regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers transporting oversized and overweight loads.
