EPA Proposes Approval of Mississippi's 2008 Ozone Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and reject parts of Mississippi's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards, as required by the Clean Air Act.
