FAA Rejects LAWA's Proposed Airport Access Restriction

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has finalized its review of Los Angeles World Airports' (LAWA) application for an airport noise and access restriction at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), rejecting it due to insufficient evidence meeting statutory conditions under the Airport Noise and Capacity Act of 1990 (ANCA).
