Bombardier Issues Airworthiness Directive for DHC-8-400 Series Airplanes

Bombardier, Inc. has adopted a new airworthiness directive to address reports of engine fuel feed ejector pump swing arm assemblies detaching and partially blocking engine fuel flow, which could lead to engine flameout, and requires the installation of a restrictor into the engine fuel feed line.
