HHS Issues Proposed Rule for Affordable Care Act Payment Parameters

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has proposed new payment parameters and provisions for the Affordable Care Act, affecting risk adjustment, reinsurance, and risk corridors programs, as well as cost sharing and user fees for Federally-facilitated Exchanges, and setting standards for the individual market's annual open enrollment period starting January 1, 2016.
