Agency Requests for Renewal of a Previously Approved Information Collection(s): Seamen's Claims, Administrative Action and Litigation

The Maritime Administration is seeking public input on its plan to renew an information collection, which is necessary to assess injury claims filed by seafarers working on government-owned ships. The agency must publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as mandated by Public Law 104-13.
