EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts Air Quality Plan Revision, Drops Red Line/Blue Line Connector Requirement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Massachusetts on November 6, 2013, which would remove the Red Line/Blue Line Connector design requirement and implement administrative changes to the public process, under the Clean Air Act.
