US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Sunset Review of Countervailing Duty Order on Brazilian Hot-Rolled Steel

The US Department of Commerce has concluded a full sunset review of a countervailing duty order on Brazilian hot-rolled steel, finding that revoking the order would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy. The review was initiated on April 1, 2010, in accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930.
