EPA Makes Data on Cross-State Air Pollution Rule Allowances Available

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released data on allocations of emission allowances to existing electricity generating units for compliance with the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), which was amended in several rulemakings and had its deadlines tolled by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
