EPA Amends Federal Implementation Plans to Reflect Revised CSAPR Deadlines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the Code of Federal Regulations to accurately reflect the revised compliance deadlines for the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) following a court decision to delay its implementation by three years, allowing for a smooth transition to compliance starting January 1, 2015.
