Envionik Corporation Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Oxirane, Phenyl, Polymer with Oxirane, Monooctyl Ether

Envionik Corporation has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of oxirane, phenyl, polymer with oxirane, monooctyl ether, which will eliminate the need to establish a maximum permissible level for these residues on food or feed commodities.
