NMFS Announces Exempted Fishing Permits for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) plans to issue various permits for the collection of Atlantic Highly Migratory Species (HMS) in 2011, including Exempted Fishing Permits (EFPs), Scientific Research Permits (SRPs), Display Permits, and Chartering Permits, to facilitate scientific data collection and public display of HMS in Federal waters and the high seas.
