NMFS Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the comment period for a proposed rule to implement the 2011-2012 Biennial Specifications and Management Measures, Amendment 16-5, and Amendment 23 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (PCGFMP), allowing for additional public input.
